Start the day with a rich breakfast and a fantastic view!
As our guest you can enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet every day – from May to October – with fresh bread from the region, homemade cakes, a muesli corner, many different types of honey, homemade jams, fresh yoghurt and fruit , various types of sausage and cheese, spreads, fresh vegetables, egg dishes and including all drinks such as Italian and freshly ground coffee, Sonnentor tea, Apo fruit juices and water from the buffet.
Breakfast is included in your overnight stay, external guests pay EUR 22 per person.
Daily from Monday to Sunday from 7.30 am. to 10 am., on weekends until 11 am. An extensive brunch for celebrations is possible if you order in advance!
Non-hotel guests are also very welcome to our breakfast buffet upon prior reservation and subject to availability!

As a bed-and-breakfast hotel, we do not run an à la carte restaurant and can only offer you dinner as part of half-board if there is availability and if you reserve in good time. Please let us know your preference for half board when you make your booking.

Our comfortably furnished double rooms have new box spring beds or modern built-in wooden beds with new mattresses and are equipped with satellite TV, shower and toilet, safe and mostly with a balcony or terrace overlooking the lake.
Our single rooms also have new box spring beds, satellite TV, shower and toilet, safe and have a beautiful mountain view. On request, a double room can be booked for single use.
The holiday apartment is equipped with a living and sleeping area as well as two satellite TVs, 2 showers and toilets, a fridge, a safe and a terrace overlooking the lake.
You can choose between the following room sizes:
- Cozy room with around 18 m² ~ with and without balcony, with lake or mountain view, 1 double bed, maximum 2 adults
- Family rooms: these are 2 cozy rooms with a connecting door, with a balcony and lake view, ideal for families with children
- Comfort room with around 24 m² ~ with and without balcony, with lake or mountain view, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, maximum 3 adults
- Panorama room with around 30 m² ~ without a balcony but with a large window front overlooking the lake, 1 double bed, maximum 2 adults
- Honeymoon room with a large bathtub, approx. 27 m² ~ with a balcony and lake view, 1 double bed, maximum 2 adults
- Apartment with around 31 m², ~ with terrace and lake view, maximum 4 adults, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, small kitchenette
- Single room with around 15 m² ~ with French balcony and mountain view, 1 single bed
The rooms are situated either on the basement, ground floor, 1st or 2nd floor and our Hotel do not offer an elevator – please give us a call if you need to book a room on the ground floor and let us check the availability for you.
Hair dryers and the key for the safe in your room are available for you at our reception.
We are a pet-free hotel. For hygienic reasons, no animals such as dogs or cats or other pets are allowed in our hotel.

Meet with a view
Our meeting room is 65m² in size and equipped with a projector, moderator’s case, flipcharts and mobile pin boards.
If you wish, you can book a conference package with catering or arrange individual catering with us according to your needs.
During the meeting, we will spoil you and your participants with, for example, drinking water, mineral water, coffee and tea, fruit juices from the region, fresh fruit or homemade cakes and fresh bread rolls, in addition to the wonderful view.
We would be happy to put together an individual menu for you for lunch or dinner.
For multi-day meetings, we also offer you beautiful rooms at individual prices, depending on availability with a wonderful view of the lake and mountains.

Cozy, quaint and traditional
The large covered terrace in front of the Almlounge – our rustic Melcher´s Almstube – is ideal for events with a buffet and tables for up to 100 people. On request we can organize a Carinthian evening with live music and farmer’s buffet or a barbecue evening.

Melcher’s Drob IN Bar in Drobollach town center
Come on in & Drob IN is the motto in Drobollach!
The former Tropicana Bar was taken over by our company. It was and is very important to us to continue to run this bar, which is associated with many beautiful and funny memories for many holiday guests and locals.
In the Drob IN there are many delicious cocktails and lively drinks – with or without alcohol. On our cozy terrace and at the bar you can start the evening in a relaxed atmosphere, have an aperitif or end the day after dinner.
Happy drinks are always available during Happy Hour from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.!
The bar is open from May to September, and there is regularly great live music on the weekends. Just like our page on Facebook so that we can keep you up to date on all events and opening hours.
Our bar can also be reserved exclusively for your celebration – with tasty drinks and delicious snacks you can celebrate your party very comfortably. How about pampering your guests with tasty catering?!
